The meeting was opened at 7:42PM present were, Ray Boyes, Tubby Boucher, John Barett, Roger Rapoza and Pam Haman.

Bills were reviewed and signed. Deeds were approved and signed.
Various groups have approached the cemetery about having kids do grave stone rubbings in the Old Burial Ground. Some people have expressed concerns about damage to stones if rubbings are allowed. A discussion was held about the use of only charcoal and onion skin type paper. Rubbings would only be allowed if prior approval is obtained from the department. People having concerns could bring them directly to the department. John made a motion to allow grave stone rubbings with prior approval and appropriate equipment. Tubby second all were in favor motion carried.
Superintendents Report:
Riverside cemetery work continues Roger is getting top soil locally which has held cost down. Roger will draw up plans for the layout of the new section of Riverside for the Commissioners.
Develop a 10 year program for tree cutting on the Mason Road site.
Land abutting Hillside Cemetery approx 5-6 acres with access road already there. Soil from the land might also be used. Potential purchase for the department to expand Hillside Cemetery.
Al Birrille has been working with department on the best way to repair the tomb. The model he presented is true to form. He also had a CD of the inside of a portion of the tomb showing deterioration
Discussion was held on purchase of lots (residents or not). Obtain pricing of other area towns.
